Got third FP ... RD/ND 2/12/2002

Got third FP notice for me and wife, but not for child, just before the second one expires, 8/27/2004.

The notice is sent directly to my address, last one is sent to my lawyer.
I don't know what trigers the FP, "national-wide FP scheduler" or officer who handles my case if there's one so far.

I do called 1-800 # to request the FP, but they refused to schedule it.

I never see people got FP 3 times.

I hope this long waiting for GC will ends soon!!!

SInce your ND is now current, do the FP ASAP. In approimately 2 months you should expect to be adjudicated. Good Luck.

LOOKS LIKE YOUR 1ST FP EXPIRED, THEY SHOULD ISSUE 2ND ONE.

sorry to hear your third fp :confused: , on my experince, they open your case now, my witness is your child's fp missing.

1). if computer automatically generated fp request after your previous one expire, computer would NOT miss your child's in database, that means this fp did NOT be done by computer, this is the key!

2). that means somebody opened your case, found expired fp, then triggered this fp manually, this is why he or she missed your child 's.

3). logically, why did they open your case in thousands and thousands cases, because now it is your time, they opened it for approval.

Child does not need FP if under 14(?)

I rember that Child does not need FP if they are under 14. I think that why your child did not get the FP3.
Am I right?

My child should get 3rd FP with me...

My child got 2nd FP at same time with my 2nd FP, but never updated on web-site, mine FP was updated. I think I need to call CIS about this.
