Got the RFE...Online message changed to:"On December 16, 2004, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case. The notice explains in detail what additional material is needed...: I haven't received the letter yet so I don't know what they are asking.

How long it takes from the moment online message changes to the moment the letter is received in the mail. Can someone post his experience ?

Though my online message changed on 23rd Nov ,my RFE wasnt generated till 29th Nov. This i could tell from copy of the RFE itself. Also myattorney finally received it on 11th Dec. In most cases u should see it in 3-4 business days.
