They need us (spouse and i) to do medicals again and they need some employment info fro me.

Also we sent an AC-21 letting CIS know that my company was bought out by another. This happened in FEb 04. I am not very optimistic. I think it will go bcak in a limbo again after we respond.

Why do you and your spouse have to redo the medical ?
Did the RFE(s) come at the same time ? or one after the other ?

Did you recently applied for your EAD renewal. Because I think when you apply for EAD or AP, your case is reopened and you get some new update from them.
 
RFE's came togeather. This RFE has got to do nothing with EAD's. Like I mentioned before I did send in an AC-21 letter in FEB since my company got bought. I will have to wait until I hear back from the lawyer before i know why they want us to do medicals. Will keep ya posted.
 
Me and My wife also had to go thru the medical again, but only for the vaccine that was not available at the time when we did first.
 
You mean that the doctor did not have a vaccine "in stock" when you did Medical for the first time ??
Hence you need to go back now and get that vaccine ??

yes, that right, Verceela or something like that is chicken pox vaccine, was is shortage that time, that B@$t. didn't even tell me that this is not available, I would have gone to some other doctor, It costed me extra $200 for the documentation fees again.

Did u have any problems after u took the vaccination. did u have any side effects. do u know if somebody who is pregnant can do this. I am not but i maybe because we are trying to have a baby. also how long since u did this and send back the rfe. is ur case apporved. could u post your details

Anyways..
Nop, we didn't have any problem., we just took it this week, I guess, there may not be any side effects., Nop, pregnant people cannot take it, if u r pregnant, then you have to postpone it, I have not yet send back the RFE, will send it next week, I have other information like emp letter, affidavit for BC
etc. to be sent.
You will get all the information on INS website.
