Got the RFE on 485 TODAY

Any one got this type of RFE recently.

EAD AD - 08/28/2007
LUD on EAD - (08/28, 08/29 CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED), (08/31 APPROVAL SENT)
LUD on 485 - (09/05, 09/06)

It is hard to guess what is being asked in the RFE until you see the physical document. Usually, it will be an easy one like birth certificate, marriage certificate, EVL, or medical.
Do let us know the details once you receive the physical document.

Wait for the RFE to arrive. It is a standard msg for all RFEs. You never know until you see the letter.

But remember, you have to reply in 30 days time. Keep calling your atty everyday and be proactive.

hang in there AZN... RFE is no big deal. An RFE/NOID is only issued at the final stages and once you respond approval is assured.

My pal got an NOID on 485 (TB skin test) after responding to the NOID his 485 got approved in 2 weeks time.

Also have you noticed LUSs on 485 since applying?
Can you post LUDs for AP and EAD as well?

I just updated LUD's under my signature.
 
Its interesting that for most there is LUD on 485 and then the physical RFE comes. In my case just the physical RFE came to my attorney no LUD.

Its just more evidence , like birth Certificates and also I was on F2 status for a while before moving on to HIB again, on a EB1 application.

I hope this is OK, I guess EB1 dosent require employment to be approved at the 485 stage.
