Got the plastic card yesterday in approximately 32 days

Friends,

We (me and my wife) had our passports stamped on Oct 4 in Newark,NJ. Yesterday I got my plastic card and waiting for my wife\'s card. When I checked the automated system for my wife\'s EAC#, it still says \'your case is approved....\'. But, for me it says \'On Nov 2 00, Card is ordered for you..(something like that)\'. I am not sure on what basis INS makes the card. One of the thoughts, I have maybe on alphabetical order of first name, since my name starts with \'B\' and her name starts with \'S\' Any idea or any one with similar experience..
