Hello, apologies if this question has been asnwered a gazillion of times. It's overwhelming the amount of topics here :p

I'm in the USA working as an Intern (F-1 Status). My company filed the H1B Visa paperwork this year throughout an external Attorney's firm.
I got my I-797C, Notice of Action, but neither my HR manager or me know what to do now. I have tried calling this lawyer firm, but it's impossible to get a hold with this people (I guess they did their part, got their fees, and c'est finish). I keep reading about the topic of "Stamping" and people speak a lot in acronyms I don't understand. A friend told me that I have to leave USA to get my visa. Geez...I am in the dark, and I would like to know what should I do next. Can somebody provide me information as what to do after getting the I-797C, Notice of Action form?

I truly appreciate it.

My employer's attorney just informed what I needed to know. I am sorry for all the inconvenient of creating this new thread. Please, a Mod can now close it. Thank you.
