I had 2nd interview on the 17th. DOA interviewed us seperately but an hour later had no choice but to say APPROVED. I got 4 emails this morning from CRIS saying Welcome Notice was mailed on the 18th. I just wanted to thank everyone on this website for their suppourt and suggestions and for posting all the info in the past which helped. I just want to wish everyone that is waiting the best of luck and to be patient with the whole procedure. My time line is posted below

I-765 approved in December
2nd interview notice mailed on 26April requesting Appt for 17th oh May
May 18th got the emails welcome permanent resident and approval of I-130
