RFE hase been sent, don't know what that is. But I was just wondering if it is one like "Employer's ability to pay".
What would we sent in response. I am sure no employer will be willing to give up their bank statements. Will my previous pay stubs, W2's will suffice?

People who have had these kind of RFE's, could you please please share your experience.

BTW, MY RD of 140/485 is June 6 2004. EB3

Thanks a lot for your help.

I am fearing the exact same situation. My company is not willing to
give the tax returns.

For filing I-140, my company just provided the balance sheet.
my lawyer said - let us hope for the best.

Let us hear from somebody who has got past this problem with employers.

One of my friend had a ability to pay issue -- when the RFE came his company had just closed down. He was still getting paid -- ( got paid for 3 months after company closing) . He gave his paystub and W2... which was more than the labor amt... He got approved I-140, this was at TSC though -- which may or may not apply at NSC...

It's a good idea to give tax returns, if not the balace sheets of the company

good luck,

hassar10,
my I-140 just got approved without RFE.
My company gave balance sheets.

I dont think your company will have to give bank statements.
Please post what they ask for.
