Got Stamped in chicago..........how to track Plastic Card info....

I got my stamping done, no questions asked, they just took my phots,courtesycoyp,i94, passport thats it, took my fingerprint and stamped on my passport. they said card will be in mail(around4-6weeks)

can any one know.........how to track plastic card info. i checked my status on INS website, it still says approved.

one question for you, have you used EAD?
When stamping at USCIS, what they took is I94 for your H1b, correct?

Did they tell you that you will receive your plastic card around 4-6weeks????
My passport was also stamped at Chicago on June 15, 2004. But they told me that I should wait about ONE YEAR to get my plastic card!!!!

Maybe what they told you are right. I just vist USCIS website https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp

and they posted:

Finding the Status of Your Case
If you have an application receipt number, you can check the status of your case online.

"If you were granted permanent resident status or entered the U.S. with an immigrant visa more than 60 days ago and have not received your first permanent resident card, please call 1-800-375-5283"
