Got RFE

My lawyer got an RFE today (issued 4/24/03) for:

1) EVL
2) 3 most recent paystubs
3) W-2 for 2001 and 2002

I think you are almost approved. The RFE
is pretty straight forward, reply ASAP and
hopefully you would get approval soon.

Yep, there is a good chance that a prompt response to the RFE will get you an approval quite soon. That is provided that you have no complications to the case, of course (such as AC21, out of status periods, employment violations, etc).

But disregard the rosy forecasts. This way there will be less disappointment and anxiety if nothing happens in the near future.
