Look into thread posted by him, LUD change for both and then only for primary applicant..Peter posted RFE model on that as well

This RFE contradicts the theory that less than three LUD changes before a major development means that this development will be an approval.

There seem to be no connection between a number of LUD changes before a major action after FP and what this major action actually is.

I do not know what this particular RFE is about. I did notice the reappearance of employment-related RFEs, which is certainly an unwelcome development.
