what are usual Eb1 OR rfe contents? do they ask for 1 document or multiple stuff? please help

Sorry to hear that. Can u plz provide with more info, like if your case was concurrent 485 filing, which center, your qualifications etc. might shed little light for RFE issue. It's not a denial, you should be fine after you response to the RFE. Thanks.

Didn't you say you are a Research Assistant? Then RFE likely is permanent job issue. Let's see.
