Got RFE on 4/13

EB1-B case, RD was 10/2002. I don't know what the RFE can be. My sistuation is a little bit complicated since my salary was decreased by 27% though I worked for the same employer. I am so worried about this. Anyone had the same experience before? I appreciate your input.

Our case was approved with 16% salary cut

Last June, my husband (primary applicant) got RFE about employment letter stating salary, designation etc. He was with the same employer - however he'd taken 16% salary cut after applying I-485.

Our cases were approved on 1st April without any further RFE.

I think you're ok as long as your employer gives you an employment letter stating their intention to continue you as their employee. And as long as your current salary fits the salary criteria set by BCIS for that designation. (I do not know how to verify this).
