Got RFE from Officer #450

Dear all,

Did anybody deal with officer #450 on RFE and
quickly got his approval? I am asked for EVL
and am working with my lawyer on this.

Freedom? No way!!!

I-140 AD: 03/29/02
I-485 ND: 04/29/02
FP: 02/11/03
3 EAD's, 2 AP's (3rd pending...)
 
Your approval is just around the corner. Just as SydneyRacquelle
said, be happy, you are lucky. Having N/D close to mine, your FP date is the thing made the difference, I think. I'm also EB-1. Hope to hear something soon. All the best!
 
I got my approval from officer 450 in about 4 weeks after he received our RFE reply

Make sure you sent him exactly what he is looking for no extra info and you will get your freedom.
