Got RFE for whole family

Got RFE for myself, wife and son. What could it be? Any one over there has similiar situation?

My family got RFE too. However, I have received only my RFE so far.

RFE generated for whole family - 6/21
RFE received for me - 6/27
RFE replied back - 7/8
Waiting for family's RFE

I sounds to me as mistake or wrong status. Recently I saw couple of cases in CSC/NSC/Texas/vermont forums with exactly similar situations. It seems they generated RFE for only for principals and somehow that got updated for derivatives too. This is just my guess.
