Got RFE for WAC-02-035, Question, Pls answer ASAP

My Attorney told me today that I got RFE for AOS. She only mentioned about sending last 3 years W2s. What Documents are generally expected? Whether W2s are sufficient or all the Tax related Docs required. Would help if I can get a complete list.

I got a similar RFE , But for 2 Years of W2, Tax returns and Current Employment Letter. If you need any more info, Please let me know.

Hopefully that is all that is required by INS. I am sure your lawyer would have mentioned if they required additional info. Unless your lawyer is a total moron. I suggest you get on the ball and mail all the W2's ASAP! If you have been following this forum, there was a discussion on replying to RFE's and the consensus was to reply fast before the case moves off the IIO's desk and into the pile again. If you reply fast enough, you will receive an approval inside the next few months, otherwise it might take forever!
