My wife got RFE for I-131. And my attorney said its becuase of black and white photo on passport. I filed her 485, 131 as follow to join on my GC processing.
I was wondering how did they know that photo is black and white. I think i just sent copies of her passort.
Can any one give me any idea, what should i do now. Do i need to get notary or anything else?
