Got RFE for BC...Guru\'s plz help

INS is asking "Non-availability" certificate and 2 affidavits from birth witness. Could some body provide me a format or copy of non-availability and affidavits. I really appreciate it.

I-485 ND 03/29 RFE 01/18/2002 for Birth Certificate

Hi,

The AVM for my case changed to RFE on January 18th. My Wifes AVM has not been updated.

I had some questions:

1. How long does it take to receive the RFE notice. And who gets it.
2. We did not submit the affidavit for Birth. My wife AVM has not updated. Does my wife also get the RFE.
3. How long does it take to get the approval after the RFE.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.
