Got RFE Finally !

I checked my online case status today and for the first time in two full years the message is changed .. RFE is Requested.!!

My wife's online case status was changed also with the same message . is it normal to request RFE from secondary appliacnts ???

I also got my and my wife's FP notices in mail today.

BTW: We got our AP documents by mail last week , I think that approving AP had something to do with generating RFE's and FP notices.

you are really long journey than me.
maybe, you were wondering how to process.
Although you took RFE some lately, that's sign your process is going.

I hope my series, wac 02-08****, would fall into RFE flood...and GC flood.

Congratulations! I know very well how bad it gets to see the same stupid message over and over again.

But at least we don't have to call the stupid 1-949 number any more.

Roy2000 - good luck. You are the same series (WAC 02 059) as me. I got my AP shortly before an RFE (on Feb 19th) as well.

My lawyer received the RFE last Wednesday (EVL only). No RFE for my wife (or family). Usually an RFE for a spouse seems to be for a marriage certificate (or verification).
