Got RFE - 02/09/2004 for employment.
Has changed job after 180 days..did not informed INS..will inform now...will use AC21...Anybody in same boat..
is following format from new employer OK ?
"Mr. XXX is employed as (job-title) with us since MM/DD/YYYY. His anual salary is $$$$$$$. His employment is considered full time, permanent.
His job responsibilities include "bla bla bla bla bla.... (Almost 90% close to what's in labor). If any questions pl. call XXX-XXX-XXXX"
How long to get approval after response to RFE recd ?
Is is normal to more than one RFEs..?
Pl. advice any imp point not to miss while replying to RFE..
