1. An updated employer letter from your current employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment.

2. Copies of your earning statements for the last two months.

3. Copies of your Federal Tax Returns, including all schedules and W2s and/or 1099, for the last two years.

Didn't u send the tax returns, W-2s and pay stubs before when u applied for I-485

I dont think sending this is necessary. It is alll random as to who gets this RFE. I dont think anyone sends this info when applying for 485 ( atleast most dont)

Anyway they still want to verify that I am still employed..
