Got RFE after Second FP

My message changed yesterday saying they sent a letter for evidence.
Do not know what is there in the letter yet.
Can anyone tell me how long it is taking to once you submit your docs for RFE?
Anybody in same boat? Pl give details.

RD: jan 24
ND: feb 07
First FP: April 3
Second FP: july 25
RFE Sep 17

Should be fast.
Since u have done FP2, and RFE generated now, respond to it ASAP and hope you get ur approval in 1-2 weeks after submitting.

I am planning to go out of US (to india) for a month end of november, is it necessary to get AP or just wait for my approval?

I guess approval should come by then..!
But use your own judgement..! [If your company is the one that pays for AP., go for it...]
Worst case would be to get emergency AP, if not approved by then.
But if you want to play safe, just apply for AP.
