Got response from Inquiry, what does it mean

Got a response after the lawyer did the inquiry:
This case is undergoing detailed review. Please allow sufficient time for processing

What does it mean? Is it a standard message everybody gets?

I think you made an inquiry too early... You filed it in Oct, 2003. The current processing time in Jan, 2004, but JIT is not real...
 
my lawyer got exactly the same response
from the experience of many people on this forum this means that the case is waiting FBI name check. FBI promises that 98% of cases are done within 120 days. So, with probability 98% you will hear something new about your case in the next 4 months

I called FBI about the finger printing, they said it went through, is there any number for name check? Your RD is Nov 02 and still waiting!!
