Got RD before your EB category became current?

While waiting for receipts (since I compiled summary) I remember one or two mailed their application before their EB category became current (considering mail room delays...) If you are one of those please see following thread...

I hope and wish that the reject that happened recently (see the link provided in thread description) is because of some unhappy IIO\'s wierd interpretion of the law, and it won\'t happen to any one else.

Thanks for the advice. I am still using my H1B, not switched to EAD.
What my attorney is saying : let us file I824, and with I824 recipt lets do AC-I140 at Bombay.

Any suggestion gurus?
