Here is my story

Labor CA - 6/21/2001 - EB2/RIR
Labor Approved -4/1/2003

4/1/2003 - 6/2/2003 - Company and lawyer wasted time

6/2/2003 - I-140 applied
6/16/2003 - I-140 approved (in 14 days!)

Chose CP option (Chennai consulate)

Original interview date - 12/16/2003
I postponed it to 1/21/2004 - Interview successful

POE (SFO) - 2/8/2004
Welcome Letter 3/10/2004
Plastic Card - 3/17/2004

Total time = 2 years 9 months.

This did not seem to be a story...it appeared to be a trailer or rather a precis of the story.

I am surprised with the time extremeties in your LC approval (just under 2 years) and I-140 approval (2 weeks)....

Whats the deal with outsourcing company ... now that we have GC you are saying time to go back!
