Letter directed to go on a Friday between 7:30 am and 4:00 pm to a room on 10th flr.
But the correct room is in the Lobby (Rm 1-102). Went at about 3:00 pm and to our surprise there was no queue for stamping. Were done in about 5 mins. The officers were very polite and friendly. Only required the notice (we used the courtesy copy) + 2 photos + I94. We were told that we should receive the card in about 6-12 months.
Have posted details earlier.
