Got passport but not the naturalization certificate ?

All,

I received my passport today, however I didnot get my certificate back. I had used expedited service. Is this normal ? What do I do ?

very normal, they send the certificate seperately most of time, i received three envelopes from the state department, but i was lucky to receive all three at same day.

If it's mail out from the SF agency, then you get both in the envelope. If mailed from other agencies, they will mail them separately. When you apply for the passport, the clerk should have told you that.
