Got our interview letter!

see timeline...and we had no LUD's and haven't gotten the EAD yet :confused:

And can anyone shed some light on this....I will be working an internship in NY beginning in August for the school year, and he will be beginning a medical assistant program in mass for the year....we decided to take this year to finish up schooling so we unfortunately will be apart...do you think that will affect us in the interview??

and the list of documents to bring....UGH, holy paperwork!! :(
 
Yeah, they issue the interview letter really fast these days.
As long as you guys go to the interview together, it shouldn't matter if you live apart for a little while. Just make sure you explain it well and have a lot of proof of relationship together, like plane/train tickets when you visit each other for example.
 
Yeah, I was thinking the same thing...if there's no ss#, then you can't really do much....I was able to add my husband to bank account, BOA, but that's pretty much it. I have phone bills, pictures, letters, school notices, work notices, w4, Welp, we'll see how it goes, I will keep you posted!!!
