I got my oath letter today (3/17/05) for 4/13/05, time line below

d.o. oklahoma city
mailed n400 early oct. 2004
pd 10/13/04
rd 10/13/04
nd 11/9/04
fp 12/17/04
interview 2/15/05
oath 4/13/05

Question:

My wife's n400 is still pending FBI name check. She had fp, interview at the same time with me, will she have any problem traveling overseas? On the back of the oath letter there is a question asking if the applicant has traveled outside the U.S. after the interview, this makes us jittery about traveling overseas now.

Why? What is wrong with a travel overseas? It is not illegal. Go where you need to go and answer the questions truthfully.

I agree with GeneM. Remember, until you become an USC you are still a USPR (you can travel outside the country without any issues). Just answer the questions on the oath letter before you turn that in at the oath ceremony (this will be recorded in your naturalization file for record sake).
