Got N652 with Written decision checked

I went to my interview today with my wife. She passed the test and got the form with the Congratulations You are recommended for approval. But mine was different. I got the form back with just the Written Decision will be sent in mail checked. And was told i will get the decision in mail within 120 days. Has anybody been on the same boat? I am worried. I passed the civic test but the only two things that she noted down was about my name. She asked me if I used any other name and I told her that I usually just use my Middle initial and she wrote that down. And I had travelled to canada for a day after I applied my N400 and I forgot about mentioning that when she first asked me when I last went out of country as it slipped my mind since we drove and came back. So I corrected that after she asked me if i went to canada. These were the only two things that happened. I dont have any convictions, or even tickets. I am really worried. So anyone with similar situation please respond.

I would not worry about it too much. The additional information provided will be reconciled and your application amended. You will get your oath letter soon.

I was in the same situation, but finally got my oath letter after several infopasses, see timeline below. The IO noted down, when she asked me if I was ever stopped or deported upon my arrival to the US. I told her that I was stopped a few times and later let go but was never deported. So she didn't approve and told to wait for a decision. Hope this helps.
 
I dont' think the trip to Canada would matter, I'd forgotten to mention a week-end trip to Canada which I mentioned at the interview, but the IO told me to to forget about it.
