Hi All,

I just got my Plastic Card (my wife's too ) - just 18 days after my passport stamping :cool: :cool: :D :eek: :rolleyes:

I-485 appoved on 16-AUG-2002
Stamping done on 28-AUG-2002 at San Jose
Got our plastic cards today 16-SEP-2002.

Wow that's amazingly fast :cool:

Folks ! All the best. I am sure you'll get it soon. INS is working pretty quickly these days.

My entire GreenCard processing took just 1 and 1/2 year and I am too happy that the waiting has finally come to an end.

I did not check the AVM yet. Last time I checked, 4 days back, it said "Processing completed for your Green Card comepleted..we'l mail you the letter as soon as possible..." etc. I'll check the AVM tonight update you.

except for the stamping date we were identical in PCEE's list :), I went to stamping on Aug 26, let us see when I would get my card :)

still playing " complete " message on Sunday night.

I too got my passport stamped on Aug 26 sfo
and the message changed to 'Processing complete...
" last Monday and was the same till yesterday.

I think it changes to 'Card ordered /shipped' once the card is shipped.

I am leaving on Thursday morning for an europe vacation for 12 days, so no matter whether I get the card or not, I am celebrating :)
