After the interview I got my LP today.....that is in a weeks time....now thats fast.

Applied in Apr 2000 got my AOR in May 2000.
interview waived in October 2000
Medicals in October 2000
Paid ROLF in 2000
Interview waiver revoked in December 2000
Interview in July 2000
got my PR in a weeks time. :))

so total of 16 Months approx....

Can you please tell me why your interview waver was revoked ?
I myself am waiting for my LP from Buffalo as well.

I have my interview in Sep.Could you tell me more about the interview.How long did it last?What kind of questions were asked?What are the documents that need to be taken for the interview?
I would really appreciate if you could post some information.

It took me 7 months start to end .
Applied in end Nov 2000 , they sent me a receipt after 2 months .
They sent me the medical forms in Apr 2001 , I went for the
medical in May , got the PR ( big brown visa sheet ) 3 weeks
after the medical.
They send you this nice letter along with the visa , welcoming
you to your new life in Canada ... really felt nice reading that.
Canadian PR , and immigration officials are 1000 times better than
those in Vermont .
