got my interim EAD today at SFO

My original EAD expired on Feb 27th. My attorney suggested me to take leave of absense.

Today was 91st day of filing EAD renewal. I went SFO at 6.45 and got my iEAD.

They asked me the receipt of the Renewal application and passport.

If you take filled I765, photocopies of the receipt of renewal application, and passport pages where your name, issue date and expiry date appears that will help you save a few minutes.

I was out by 10.30 a.m. and today is my first work day after 6 weeks.

Can you give us more details about
- when you applied EAD?.
- how did you calculate 91st day? is it by RD or ND?
 
Did you try getting your iEAD before the expirty of 90 days of filing for renewal? If yes then what was your experience?

I applied for EAD on Jan 10 and ND is Jan 13.

My attorney advised going on 91 day from ND. Accordingly I went on Apr 14.

I did not try getting iEAD before 90 days, after going through so many postings on this forum.
