Got medical RFE

Stupid doctor didn't fill all the place in the main form and the supplemental form. I just did some lab test. It will take atleast a week to get all the result and straight up the issue.

What a nightmare. I was expecting employment letter, w-2 etc and collected all the paper so that I can send it ASAP. Now this stupid medical things will delay further.

I can feel the pain. You probably read my posts earlier. I was also expecting employment related stuff and had all the papers ready but it took me 1 week to get the medicals done again and send back to USCIS.

When i called the old doctor they said that they had sent the original copies and they are willing to authenticate, however i decided to pay $500 for both myself and my wife and we get them done again.

Don't worry...alteast we know our cases were reviewed and hopefully they won't request information!

Can't we do something with these stupid doctors for there stupid mistakes that are actually affecting directly our lifes...

I am also expecting a similar thing, 'Missing Signature' on the form, which I don't remember Doctor has asked for (My friend got the RFE on this and I used the same doctor and expecting same thing)
