hi, my family has applied 14 years ago as relative sponsoer(my moms sister) and we finally got called up for an embassy interview, I am 24 female , but I got married last year, will I lose my right for green card ? I am married to a local, he is not a US citezen,

Secondly, if I take my green card, will I be able to apply for him to come with me ?

So your mom's sister petitioned your mom, and you are the derivative beneficiary of your mom? Derivatives must be under 21 (as adjusted by CSPA) and unmarried, so marrying would make you no longer eligible to be a derivative.
