Got letter from TSC.

Hello Friends,

Today I received a letter from TSC. Last month I called TSC for my I485 receipt numbers was missing from
the system and want to know whats the reason and the same time I asked about my case status and security information .
Till today I am not able to see my receipt number on the system.

Letter says:

"USCIS Service Center records show that your fingerprint results have expired or a clearance has never been received. Fingerprings must be taken at the ASC in your area. When an appointment becomes available,
you will be notified by mail when and where to report. Please allow 4 months to receive the appointment"

Actually My first fingerprints was taken on 8/05 and I called FBI for confirmation of results they said,on the same day we sent the results to TSC.

Dont know what to say.

But they didnt mentioned about my security information. Just they mentioned about my fingerprints
I never asked about that.

Let see how it goes

how you called FBI? I am also waiting for a long time. I sent a letter to congreswoman and asked her to follow up from the FBI and it seems that she already sent a letter to FBI. I just wonder how you called FBI?!? is there any number that we can call them. if there is please let me know.

Well for Name check you have to call Washington DC Office of FBI. I did that but they have now stopped releasing NC info to us.

I asked her abt NC but it seems there is diff number for that

well there's an email address. I wrote two days ago asking about NC status with my A#, D.O.B., full name etc... I doubt they'll reply, but at least it has not bounced back as undeliverable.

i emailed them to that adress many times for the last 3 months and didn't hear anyhting. it is just a waster of time. there is no transparacy in this whole process from A to Z.
 
Got FP notice

Hello Friends,

Yesterday I received my second FP notice with code 1.
After calling the TSC they issued notice.

Code #1 is Fingerprint only (10 prints). Has your name check been cleared or not? Did you see the LUD or message change on your case status online?

Hello Friend,

In my case no luds, even first FP, no luds.
Second thing, my I485 receipt number was missing from the system since 10/28/06. But TSC people can see my information while entering receipt number and they said its a system error. As long as they can see my info so there will be no issues right.
But I called 2 times TSC for I485 receipt number issue.
Finally I received a letter saying that my first FP was expired and they going to send second one after one week, I received second FP notice.
 
Your NC is probably cleared or you can go through the Infopass to confirm it. If so, the decision should come as soon as your FP done. How many days they gave to you to complete the FP, by the way?

Hello friend,

I got 2 FP notice on monday and my sch date is next tuesday that is 3/6/07 just one week time. But anyway some movements on my file. Hope some thing will shine or wait for some more time.
