Hi,
I requested a FOIPA on my name and got letter few days ago that I have "no records" against my name. FBI has my name check pending for over 3 years. I found this out via congressman that USCIS filed my NNCP back in 01/06/2003 and has not cleared my name yet. After reading here, I did the FOIPA request and got letter the said "no records". What do I do next, should i write to Director William Hooton? what do i say in my letter? Should I fax the letter or should I sent via certified mail? My wife got her GC back in august 2004 and i had to renew my EAD and AP for the fourth time. I have written letter to directors of USCIS, senators and congressman but nothing worked. Any help from you gives will be appreciated......
