got letter for the second FP? what is this for?

In my case, I got an approval notice in Dec '07 after I went for my second FP in Oct '07. My case was filed in Jan 04, gave my first set of FP in Jul 04 and was pending background check for the last 3 years. Hope this signals an approval for you. Good luck
 
also it is different from the FP note before. i can be there anytime on or before march 07, 2008. and place is different also it is in the mean office.
