Got laid off On TN

Hi,

I got laid off and serving 60-day grace period.
I have similar issues kids school and rental home, car, etc.
Could you please provide details of the process you have done:
1) Form I 539 for change of status. Do I have to submit one form or separate for spouse and kids? And how many days before the 60 days end?
2) what would be fees ( each form) ?And how to make payment?
3) what documents are required to submit with the form?

I would really appreciate your feedback on this matter

1. Need to submit a separate form for each person in the family. I would file it close to the end of the grace period (a week or two before).
