Got laid off in 90days after applying for I140/I485

I had to leave the company that filed for my GC in 90days after applying for my I140/I485.My employer is not going to revoke any applications. I recently received my I140 approval.
Now Can I start working using the EAD or is there any risk in I485 approval? :confused:
Should I find another job on H1B, and file for my GC again? :confused:

I was the same .
I got laid off 30 days after concurrent filing.
I would suggest transfer your H1B, do not use EAD if you could.
If you have problem with your 485, you can still have a valid visa.
You have three choices. start all over again or use AC21 or do both. Better talk to lawyer first.
 
If your 140 is approved and 485 pending > 180 days you are safe- if you have a 'similar' job. The fact that you got laid off within 90 days should not factor in normally.
You can use EAD but if you use EAD- you can't get back to H1 easily.
