Hello all,
I am new to this Forum.Don't know much about GC processing. My Employer applied for Labor in Sept 2003.Labor has been cleared recently.
Before going to I-140 i have few things that needs to be clarified.

If anybody clarify..that will be great and appreciated.

1. My Company's attorney asking me to pay arround $1400 for filing I-140.....

2.Howlong my Labor will be active if i don't apply for I-140 now?

3.If wanted to extend my H1B beyond 6 yrs on my Labor, can i do that?If so howmany years can get on my new H1B?

4.What kind of queries can i expect in I-140?
(My Employer is in good shape either in Employee strength or anuual income wise)

PLEASE HELP ME...I AM NOT MUCH AWARE OF IMMIGRATION RULES AND REGULATIONS...

Fair enough.

Hm, intersting question. AFAIK, it doesn't expire.

Yes. Indefinitely, year by year extension till your 140 is accepted/denied and then till the 485 is accepted/denied.

Look up the FAQs in the 140 section.
