Got labor certification: can I apply for EAD?

I got my labor certification done. Please tell me,
1. Can I apply for EAD?
2. Can I apply for EAD for my wife, who is currently on H-4?
3. What is the usual processing time for EAD?

NO....you have a long way to go.....you have to file for I-140....wait for its approval....then wait for your Priority date to become current....then file 485 and you can apply for EAD then..

as of now unless you send the fax at ISNAmerica, wait 5-7 yr to get EAD
