Got job offer/EAD pending

Hi forum members,

I am a US Citizen and have applied for my spouse's green card. After a struggle of about 3 months, my spouse got a permanent job offer from an MNC in her own field. She is currently in a mix of H1B/AOS pending status and at this moment waiting for her EAD. This job opportunity came through her own efforts (not through her H1B employer). My questions are:

1. Can she take an Infopass to find out the latest updates/status of her EAD? So far it has been 2 months since she applied for her I-765 EAD. This is a Family based green card.

2.What are the other options that she has in order to get this employment offer? Please suggest.

1.- Yes she can, but it may not do much. She must wait usually 60-90 days before receiving the EAD.

2.- None really. You can try requesting an expedited request to be sent to NBC, but unless you can prove some kind of hardship, it may not be done (specially since she already has a job).
