Finally got the e-mail........"Card Production Ordered" on Jan 18 for me and my spouse.

I-485 approved on Jan 18, 2008
EB-2 India. Used cross chargeabiltiy and 245i for spouse.
Perm Labor PD: Nov 23 2005
Labor approved: March 14, 2006
484 RD: 6/19/2006
1st EAD: 7/20/06
2nd EAD: 9/26/07
I-140 AD: 11/2/2006 (premium processing)
RFE: 12/8/2006
RFE replied: 2/26/2007

Congratulations. Did you kept a follow up like info pass or senator etc after RFE reply in feb 07

After submitting the RFE, I did make an info pass appointment at the end of May 2007, where I was told that my namecheck was still pending. After that I called NSC a week later and opened a service request. Within 2 weeks I got a response that my security checks are not complete. Couple of months later I sent a postal mail request to a Congressman in DC for my name check status, but I never followed up on that and neither the Congressman's office ever responded to my request. So not sure if that helped or not. I was expecting an extended review or interview since I had filed 245i for my wife. Luckily nothing of that kind happended.
