got my Oath Letter in mail today. Oath on Friday the 25th, 2008 at Mt . Laurel, NJ.

I had my interview on June 4th and was asked to submit some more documents like birth certificate and traffic ticket receipts that submitted in two batches.

now on to the next step OCI...

The crazy thing never ends... to be honest for some reason I dont feel the excitement probably the whole thing is so messed up that at the end you really feel indifferent. In any case i have been planning to relocate to india for sometime so will do that after i get the OCI. not sure the implications of staying in india on OCI for several years but will find out soon!!!

anyways....

Goodluck to rest of you.

enjoy!

Congratulations on getting your Oath Letter!

As for the implications of living in India on OCI for several years, there should not be anything special/worrisome about it. People have already started doing it and so it is a well tread path. All the best.
