Got interview - Should I be worried ?

Folks, My case got transferred on Aug 20th from NSC to National Benefits Center. me and my spouse got a letter to attend an interview at local office (ATLANTA) on October 24th.

Mine if future employment. I have all the papers in order and have been legal and have all paystubs since the day I entered in Mar 99 - No employment gap, no Arrest record.

Should I be worried. Any tips please ?

vik30000 - Yes I did get an RFE in my I485. I got an RFE for clarification of Middle / last name and my wife got one for medical.

I will post my interview experience once done.

Hi

Just answer questions asked, do not volenteer more information. Alway answer truthfully and if you do not not the answer say you do not know. I am sure you will be fine, please update us when you hear and good luck
 
i don't think you need to be worried at all. good thing about interview is that they will possibly approve your GC right there.
make sure you take all documents with you , specially paystubs, old passport, 1-94 and most likely if your GC is based on future employment then a letter from GC sponsor employer that they will give you job.

i have read in these forums that noramlly these NBC ios are nice . USCIS never forwards a file with the intention that there is something wrong with case, but just wanna double check that everything is in order.

It makes me feel a lot better reading yours, Sail1's, MDwatch and sue's comments. I have all my documents in order and all paystubs from the date I entered in 1999 and no arrest record or issue with the law. I guess I did do somethings right ;-))

hey good luck and once u r approved ask them if u can how the hell does this security clearance thing work and whats the story come october :) just kidding i am sure u wud want to get the hell outta there once u r all set.....good luck and just be truthful u will be fine
