GOT Interview Notice, Please help

Guys,
I am in a very bad situation and I need any help:

Here is my situation.

- I got interview notice at SPokane WA office. ( this is the worst time to get it)
- I lost my job last week.
- I filed my 1485 in CSC on 2/2002.
- I left the company after 2 months.
- I worked in a compnay in Washington State.
- I Lost my job last week.


What Can I do Now for any chance for approval? What if I don't find a job?

What if I get a contracting Job?

Do you know a good attorney in Spokane area?

My company is not cooprating at all.

Please help !!

what are the documents asked for interview. please write in detail.

you can contact few companies (consulting companies) & ask them to create pay stub for you.

when is your interview date?

Lots of documents

Like,

- Current Employment Letter
- All Immigration documents
- Tax and w2 for last 3 years.
- ID
- Passports
- Marriage certificae
- House rent
- utility bills,
- Social Security Card
- vehicle document
- Insurance document


What kind of companies you are talking about, please let me know.
 
Thats really bad. Did they say they want all the docs or gave you a choice between them ?

I think if you do present W2s, they would know that you left your company in <180 days which until the new regulations come is in the vague area. Otherwise, just ask your employer or some other company to give you a letter of employment.

I think letter of employment is the most important one for you at this time and try to get one asap.

Do you know how I get employment letter from other company. If you have any idea please let me know, I have no idea how to do that.

Please help me if you can

Did you attach Tax return Statment & W2 form for last 3yrs
when you file i 485.

Did your attorney ask you to attach tax & w2 docs.

who filed your i485? company attorney?

Did you contact attorney who filed i 485. What did he say?
