My wife got her interim EAD today from Portland, Oregon BCIS office. She got a RFE for her renewal EAD (I-485, I-140 and marriage certificate). BCIS received the response to RFE on May 29th. The officer at local BCIS office was very friendly and said that they somehow are messing things up at CSC. He did not ask any other documents other than copy of original I-765 and I-485 applications. Looks like Portland BCIS issues IEAD even if you have RFE for original application. BTW, this is her third Interim EAD
