I went for at the Chicago office this morning to get an interim EAD ( as 90 days had passed.)
Reached there at 9:00am and was out at 10:20am. Process was very smooth. All they needed was the receipt for EAD applied at NSC, photo identification and previous approved EAD cards. They also asked me to fill out I-765 form.
Interim EAD valid for 3 months.

Third EAD RD (NSC) - 12th April ( applied online)
Third EAD FP - 24th April
Second EAD expiring on July 29th.
