I got my initial assessment . It is very confusing.
I received 2 letters in seperate envelopes .
In first letter I got a response saying my processing has been stopped because they have incomplete info for doing my background check and they sent me the schedule 1 form to complete it again for me and my spouse and send it to them ASAP but no later than 60 days.
In the second letter I was given a response saying that my initial assessment was done and my interview was waived . they also sent the medical forms in this envelope. Along with it was also a list of documents that they have asked for: Indian PCC, US PCC, emp letters, bank stat, tax returns . In this letter they said that they need medical forms within 60 days and all other additional documents in 90 days.
I am really confused so as to what exactly is my status of application. Do I send eveything within 60 days like schedule 1 form , medical , other docs, I beleive Indian PCC is taking 3-4 months. OR should I send only the schedule 1 form right away and send rest of docs along with medical forms later...Will waiting to send schedule 1 form along with other docs delay my processing.... because I have applied for Indian PCC and US PCC and its going to take time to get them.
PLEASE ADVISE IN WHAT ORDER I SHOULD SEND THE DOCUMENTS SO THAT I DONT DELAY ANYTHING.
